It’s time for another take of A Perfect Day! What if we did a food tour? How many things can be packed into one day?
Here’s A Perfect Day, Take 6:
8:00am
Start off the day with a cup (or two) of coffee! What’s better than a cup of cappuccino in the morning? A Cloudy with a chance of peanuts!

9:00am
It’s time to eat! Let’s get some dim sum. I’ll have jasmine tea, please! It’s early enough that the restaurant is not packed yet. When the dim sum carts come by, let’s make sure to get:
- Chicken feet 豉汁鳳爪
- Steamed Rice Noodle Roll Wrap with Shrimp 鮮蝦滑腸粉
- Hong Kong Style Vegetarian Tofu 香港齋滷味
- Pork Blood with Turnip 豬紅蘿白

10:30am
We’re only halfway through the morning, so maybe we can stop by another coffee spot for a quick drink and pastries.

12:00pm
Okay, we’ve been eating a bit, so let’s do some walking and shopping!

1:00pm
Time for some Pork Summer Rolls with Shrimp Egg Rolls – such a light and delicious snack! Don’t forget to add in some chili paste to the dipping sauce. Can we make a stop for some milk tea too?

2:30pm
Pickleball and picnic? If it’s not too hot, sure! Picnic menu: sandwiches, macaroni salad, chips and guac, cut fruit, and green tea!

6:30pm
Take a break and stroll through the neighborhood before heading to a sushi restaurant for dinner.

8:30pm
Spend your entire piggy bank savings on cute desserts!

What’s your take on this perfect day?
