Located along Harbor Ave SW, Unwind Cafe offers delicious food and drinks with an amazing view. There’s no seating inside the cafe, but once you have your food, you can easily just cross the street and enjoy the Seattle skyline while eating your bagel sandwich.
The inside of the cafe is really cute, with lights hanging from the ceiling and plants to decorate the counter.
I ordered The Sunrise Bagel Sandwich the first time, which had egg, kale, spinach, chard, lemon pepper, and cream cheese on an everything bagel. Everything was made to order, so there was a little wait for the food, but it was worth it. Although The Sunrise didn’t have meat in it, it still tasted great and was a good breakfast.
A recommendation I got was to order the Squeezed Orange Green Tea. It was very unique, and very good. The oranges were freshly squeezed, and the balance between the oranges and green tea was perfect.
When I returned to Unwind Cafe for a second time, I decided to get The Nova Bagel Sandwich, which had smoked salmon, kale, spinach, chard, red onion, capers, and cream cheese on an everything bagel. It was absolutely delicious. One of the tastiest bagels sandwiches I’ve ever had. Of course, I had to get the Squeezed Orange Green Tea again too!
I sat outside as I enjoyed the food both times, with the nice views and breeze gently blowing. It’s a great way to have a peaceful and relaxing breakfast! If only Unwind Cafe was closer, then I’d be going back more often!
Can’t wait to be back! If I had to rate my favorite breakfast meals, Unwind Cafe would definitely make the list!
