I went to my first ever baseball game last year at Dodger Stadium, and this time, I went to my first baseball game at Angels Stadium! It was the Los Angeles Angels vs Chicago White Sox, and I got to watch it from the box! I was so excited.
Upon entering the stadium, everyone got a Ohtani puzzle! There was also free Yakult.
The walk to the box was quite a long walk, but it was worth it! To get into the box, you had to scan your ticket to unlock the door. The inside was pretty big, with two sides for food, one side for drinks and appetizers, standing tables, and even individual seats with cup holders for everyone! The room was air conditioned, and the view was quite nice! There were also a few TV screens for you to watch the game as well.
There was a good variety of food options: salad, popcorn, chips and salsa, hot dogs, pizza, sliders, tacos, chicken tenders and wings, enchiladas, and dessert!
Compared to the Dodger Stadium, the Angels Stadium was definitely less hectic. The stadium also looked nicer on the inside, with seats instead of benches! I didn’t get to check out the food stands since the box had food delivered, but overall, it seemed less crowded at the Angels Stadium. Being able to watch the game from the box was definitely a special (maybe even once-in-a-lifetime) experience!
