Over the last couple of weeks, everyone has been so curious about my step journey. How many steps did you get today? Do you walk this much every day? How do you do it? It made me curious about my step journey too.
In 2020, my goal was to walk at least 10,000 steps a day. The very first devastating day I did not achieve my goal was January 25, 2020, and I will never forget what I was doing that day instead of walking. For the remainder of the year, I did hit that goal everyday, and this slowly became a habit. Every single day.
