Wake up, work, eat lunch, work, eat dinner, sleep. That’s a typical day for most people. You spend most of your day sitting in front of a computer or on the couch and you rarely get the chance to stretch out your body! That’s where the Sophisticated Approach to Stretching (SAS) comes in – a set of AM and PM stretches to give you a break from sitting! Set a calendar reminder for 9:30am and 3pm, and grab your friends to join you in your daily stretch!
Come up with your own list of stretches, or check out the one below! For each stretch, set a timer for 13 seconds. At the end of your set of stretches, make sure to come up with an energetic chant to wrap it up!
