It’s a win for the Bruins, 81-62! What an amazing game to watch. Here were some highlights:
- The evening started with a special pregame, where David Decker, a current UCLA Men’s Volleyball player, shared about his experiences at UCLA! He is 6’9″ (so tall!) and even showed us one of his serves.
- It was quick getting into the arena. We made it in just in time!
- The arena was packed with fans – it was difficult trying to walk around the arena because of all the crowds.
- The energy was strong throughout the game (maybe even stronger than the Lakers game I went to), especially since we had seats close to the band and the students with the Den Pass.
- The most exciting moment was probably watching #55 about to shoot, then stepping back to make a 3-pointer – got ’em!
- Half time show was pretty cool to watch.
Other notes:
- They should really turn up the A/C in the arena – it was getting pretty warm.
- Food is pretty pricey.
- Wish we were able to get some swag/freebies during the game!
